A training program that transforms the security landscape.
With a training division consisting of 27 programs and courses, we make sure every team member is ready for intensive, highly demanding environments. As a result of our rigorous training process, you can count on our officers to have the preparation to manage any environment, situation or potentially dangerous human behavior.
In British Columbia, security officers are required to complete a mandatory total of 40 hours BST training in order to be eligible for provincial licensing. Cynergy Security puts all of our officers through intensive training to prepare them for an infinite number of situations demanding their complete situational awareness and skill sets. Our goal is to make sure every client feels confident in placing the events and venues they worked so hard for, in our hands.

With Advanced Security Training, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, our officers know how to navigate a multitude of situations that require them to diffuse potential confrontation, reduce risk of injury, and use special mediation techniques. This also gives them the tools they need to interact with mentally ill individuals without compromising the health and safety of those within close perimeters.
